Kun Mini Shoulder Rest for Children – A Personal Recommendation and Link

Shoulder rests are especially helpful for violinists who find it difficult to grasp a violin under their chin and on their shoulder, especially if the distance between their neck and mandible and/or chin is great or wide, and if certain articles of clothing particularly result in their sliding or slipping around.

Shoulder rests are a possibility in this regard in particular, and even or especially for children and student violinists, for whom muscular development and movement may not be as strong, and who thus may need greater help ergonomically than others.
